Armin Billing

Born and raised in the Lower Mainland, Armin Billing brings a strong connection to the communities she serves, along with an approachable presence. She graduated with distinction from the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT), where she completed her Marketing Management Diploma with a focus in Professional Real Estate.

During her time at BCIT, Armin gained early exposure to the real estate industry through a co-op placement with London Pacific Property Agents. She was also selected as part of a team to represent the school at the Undergraduate Real Estate Case Competition in Toronto. These experiences shaped her understanding of the market and strengthened her ability to think critically and perform in high-pressure environments.

Her academic performance earned her multiple awards and scholarships, including recognition from the NAIOP Vancouver Chapter for excellence in Professional Real Estate.

Armin is known for her strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a grounded, straightforward approach. She values clear communication, honesty, and reliability, ensuring her clients feel informed and confident throughout every stage of the buying or selling process.

Driven by discipline and resilience, Armin approaches both her professional and personal life with intention. Outside of real estate, she enjoys staying active through fitness training, snowboarding, and spending time outdoors, bringing that same energy and focus into everything she does.
